Welcome to a new kind of online space. Consider it a digital oasis - a place for rest and restoration of your personal power. A sanctuary from a climate of anxiety and depression. A place where art flows like water in a river of life created in collaboration with all who value love, joy and creativity.

This project was birthed from the darkest place I have known. In the pits of anxiety and depression, I sought the things I knew to be true with every cell of my body.

The path of many conversations to find what I love doing, what I am good at, and what work needs to be done led to this project - a resource I wish I had 15 years ago when I first became overwhelmed with fear. I hope you will help me to make it even more meaningful by contributing your own unique wisdom.

May this oasis offer you countless possibilities to explore as you journey toward building trust in yourself. No one can tell you who you are. This is work you must do for yourself.

“Good Luck Exponential Earth Day” - by Rachael Ushkow

It is such a joy to connect with other people who share your values. I have found my collaborators through art and music where their creations speak louder than words. These connections have helped me learn many new things and have given me a “boost” when I needed a bit of energy to build up my momentum.

This Earth Day, I found a lot of strength in this song Earth Eyes | Om Quillio

Exponential Earth Day begins with two collaborations - a reading for Mother Earth and a meditation on Unique Wisdom

A conversation with Hannah Ricke on seeking beauty and living fiercely - 7PM EST via Instagram

“The Ground Felt Far Away” by Hannah Ricke brings nature and backpacking adventure to those who are unable to experience it directly with enchanting storytelling and language that lights up your imagination. Hannah possesses a special gift of vividly describing her solo hiking experiences so it’s easy to paint a picture in your own mind. Her stories are applicable to anyone travelling a path of personal growth and navigating the discovery of their most authentic adult self. This book instills in the reader a vision for personal power, a positive mindset and the joy that comes with honoring the desires of the heart.

This is one of the greatest literary adventures I have taken in quite a few years and the spark I needed to bring this site to life.

You don't need the loudest voice, the biggest platform, or a perfect plan. You just have to show up as yourself. That's where your power lives.
